The experience

About this tour

Marrakech is a long day from Agadir — about 3 hours each way by coach — but it's one of Morocco's most iconic cities and this trip is designed to show you as much as possible in one day.

You'll leave Agadir early in the morning and stop for a break in the Atlas Mountain foothills before arriving in Marrakech. Once there, a licensed local guide takes you on a walking tour through the medina: the Koutoubia Mosque, the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square with its street performers and food stalls, and the narrow souks where artisans sell everything from leather to spices.

After the guided portion, you get free time for lunch and to explore on your own. There's an optional visit to Bahia Palace for those interested. The group meets up in the late afternoon for the return drive, arriving back in Agadir around 21:00.
