The Agadir cable car is one of the most modern attractions in the city and gives you the best panoramic view without any effort. In about six minutes you glide 236 metres up from the base station to the hilltop, looking out over the marina, the 10-kilometre beach crescent and the Atlas Mountains in the distance.
At the top, you arrive near the old Kasbah — locally known as Agadir Oufella — which dates back to the 16th century. You get about an hour of free time to walk around, take photos and take in the view from different angles.
